Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate ze999 deposit transaction — whether through a bank, mobile wallet provider, or card network — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ze999 will suspend the associated Account pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.
ze999 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms communicated at the time the bonus is made available, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all ze999 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games within a specified timeframe. ze999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or abuse; failure to complete KYC verification; voluntary self-exclusion; account inactivity; or at ze999's sole discretion where ze999 determines continued operation of the Account is not in the best interests of the Platform's integrity or its other Players.
You may close your ze999 Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be disbursed to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and absence of any fraud investigation holds.
